Versitop with Heated Gantry & Screen, FTG1, FTG2, FTG3, FTG4

The modern alternative to traditional Bain Maries.

These food warming units have tops inset with toughened glass Thermo-Panels. Each panel has built in heating elements which ensure evenly distributed heat over the full area. The surface temperature is automatically controlled to hold hot food at 90°C - 100°C. Each panel is 1/1 Gastronorm size.

Versitops are designed to maintain cooked food temperatures. Versitops are not induction units and therefore can be used with any heatproof food container, except cast iron and terracotta dishes. Chafing dishes not required. All units supplied with 10 amp cable and plug.
