Product Information

Simple installation into any new or existing counter structure

Hot Display with individual, Neo - Ceram glass, GN 1/1 size, thermo panels collectively governed by an energy regulating control. Designed to maintain Precooked food at serving temperature. They are not induction type units which require dedicated food pans, and apart from cast iron can be used with any suitable heatproof food container. Chafing dishes are not required. The surface temperature of the panels is adjustable to a maximum of 100°C.

Low Power Rating. Each unit is supplied with cable & plug for connection to any convenient 10 amp GPO.
