Mobile Hot Cupboard for Food Distribution

Mobile hot cupboard designed for cost effective hot food storage, transport, and service. Fitted with Versigen's renowned innovative sahara fan heating cell, which lifts out for easy cleaning and maintenance. Forced air heating and recirculation gives fast heat up and recovery times and an even temperature throughout, without troublesome hot spots. Controlled by a 30° to 110° thermostat. Plain stainless steel top, bright polished stainless steel interior with two grid shelves, and stainless steel sliding doors that lift off for cleaning. Designed to maintain pre-heated, cooked food at a regulated temperature.
