Product Information

Fan Heated Hot Cupboards with pressed steel runners for safe & easy cleaning. 55 mm space between runners

Features

  • Insulated AISI 304 stainless steel sheet construction, brushed finish
  • 1 front hinged door opening to 270°. Door with removable seal.
  • Snap closure handle (optional lock)
  • Internal compartment with rounded edges (compliant with H1 hygiene system), with pressed runners and supports for containers 1/1GN and submultiples
  • Ventilated heating unit with powered fan and heating element
  • 55 mm shelf spacing
  • Built-in control panel fitted with ON/OFF switch with warning light, digital thermostat-thermometer, and coiled power cable at the back
  • Operating temperature range +65° C to +90°C
  • Mains supply: 230V, 50/60 Hz, single-phase
  • Water container to release moisture inside the cupboard
  • Swivel castors - 12.5 cm, 2 with brake, with grey non marking rubber tread. Grey non marking rubber bumpers.
