Hot display units with a recessed stainless-steel solid top and hot cupboard, fitted with Versigen's renowned innovative Sahara fan heating cell. Easily removable for cleaning and maintenance. The energy efficient hot top and hot cupboard work in sync, residual heat from the hot cupboard complements the top element. Thermostatically controlled for 24 hour operation, designed to maintain pre-heated, cooked food at a regulated temperature.
