Core meal-delivery trolley for cooking, holding and serving food, designed for the healthcare sector. A multi-fan oven (8 x GN1/1) sits above a refrigerated cupboard (8 x GN1/1), with a Neo-Ceram thermo-panel hot top for service. Touch-screen control with 3 independently controllable oven zones, food-probe HACCP data logging, and an automatic steam evac door air curtain.
