Dual Ovens with Neo-Ceram Hot Top, With or Without Gantry
Two independent multi-fan ovens (8 x GN1/1 each) below a Neo-Ceram thermo-panel hot top, for the education sector. P2GGE adds a quartz-heated gantry with an over shelf and full-front perspex screen; P2GGENG is the same unit without the gantry. Simple rotary heat control with a count-down timer and digital display.

Features
- Rotary heat control and count-down timer with individual digital displays.
- Multi-fan ovens for even cooking; 8 shelf capacity per oven (shelf pitch 71mm).
- Neo-Ceram thermo-panel hot top, self-regulates around 95°C.
- Steam automatic evac and oven door air curtains.
- 4 precision castors (2 swivel with brakes, 2 fixed), offset for a tight turning circle.
- Hi-Tech insulation; cool-to-touch door with heavy duty hinges and a slam-catch seal.
- Wide choice of coloured front & end panels (standard: Goose Wing Grey).
- Operating modes: Cook (full power to ovens, hot top/gantry inhibited), Standby (all off), Serve (ovens keep-hot only, hot top/gantry powered).
