Product Information

Separate Temperature Controls for Each Compartment and Bain Marie Well

Trolleys designed for transport and service of both hot and cold food in Gastronorm containers. Heated and refrigerated compartments are fitted with top-hinged doors to maintain food temperatures and safety during transport.

Separate digital control and display for each compartment and Bain Marie well.

Fitted with heavy duty braked castors and full-depth handles at both ends.

Trolleys are available with 2, 3 and 4 Bain Marie Wells.
Options include Hinged and Sliding Tops, Top-Mounted Screens positioned in front of the Bain Marie Wells and Trayslide.

  • Polyurethane foam insulation panels
  • Heat-proof push handles
  • Separate Bain Marie wells in pressed steel sheet with no sharp edges; they can take up to 200mm deep GN pans (sold separately)
  • Separate Bain-Marie drain taps
  • Separate heated, refrigerated or neutral lower compartments with independent thermostats, insulated up-and-over doors. N. 4 pairs of “C” shaped runners suitable for containers 1/1 GN (or sub multiples) spaced 7.6 cm
  • Dry heating element underneath each well
  • IPX5 digital control panel supplied as standard, fitted with independent adjustable thermostats, one for every heated or refrigerated compartment
  • Edges protected by all round grey non marking rubber bumpers
  • Two fixed and two braked swivel castors with heavy-duty brackets, 16cm; grey non marking rubber tread on centre with roller bearing hub
