Product Information

Two Tier Pass-Through Shelves with Heat Lamps over the Bain Marie

Robust over-shelving with Quartz lamp heating, Cleverly designed to suit the Versigen Premier range of hot cupboards and Bain Maries, creating a functional heavy duty kitchen pass. Sinle and 3-Tier Shelving are also available.

Features

  • Pass-Through shelves have 300 mm wide shelves
  • Heated Shelves are supplied with an on-off switch, or can be fitted with an optional dimmer to control the heat lamps
  • All gantry units are factory-installed and must be specified with order
  • Pass-trough shelves and are fitted to the customer side
  • Heated shelves are supplied with safety heatlamps, specifically designed for commercial catering
