Cook-Serve Meal Service
A heated hot-cupboard compartment and a refrigerated compartment below a dry-heat bain-marie top with fold-back lids that fold out to create an extended serving area, optimised for GN containers. P2HRBG adds a quartz-heated gantry with an over shelf and full-front perspex screen; P2HRB is the same unit without the gantry. Both the fridge and hot cupboard can run simultaneously.
- 1/1 GN compatible — transfers straight to serving equipment or other appliances.
- Digitally controlled dry heat bain-marie accommodates 3 x GN1/1 pans (pans not included).
- Rotary heat control with digital displays; fan assisted hot cupboard and fridge.
