'PF' heavy duty hot cupboards are available in two sizes: with capacity for twelve or twenty 1/1GN gastronorm pans. The removable pan cassette also holds 1/3GN and 1/2GN pans, with 70mm height between each pan runner.
- Designed to hold hot food in 1/1 GN pans (not included) at optimum temperature.
- Perfect for serving meals anywhere; connect to any standard 10 amp GPO.
- All units supplied with a manual humidifier.
- Removable gastronorm rack simplifies cleaning.
