Multi-temp Bain Maries with Hot Cupboards
Mobile bain-marie trolleys with independently thermostat-controlled, separate water-bath wells above a choice of neutral or heated lower compartments. Stainless steel AISI 304 construction with polyurethane foam insulation, pressed guides for easy pan loading, and digital controls. Operating range 30° to 90°C.
- Separate bain-marie wells with independent thermostats.
- Stamped guides (5.5cm pitch) for easy 1/1 GN pan loading, up to 20cm pan height.
- Stainless steel AISI 304 construction, polyurethane foam insulation.
- Digital control panel, IPX5 rated.
