Overshelves

1. Available in single, two or three tiers as ambient or with quartz heat lamps under one or more shelves. Overshelves are supplied with an independent control unit with mains lead or as an addition to Versigen standard hot cupboard / bains marie. Provides an ideal kitchen servery or plating up point which can be used as a link between kitchen and waiting staff. (Bespoke units available on request).
